The park was developed by South Dublin County Council to attract Foreign Direct Investment and Indigenous business of scale and South Dublin County Council is open to talk to all such potential clients.
The park is strategically located 30 minutes from Dublin city centre and is proximate to the developing areas of Adamstown and Clonburris which will yield the collective delivery of 18,000 new homes.

Our plans for the future
Grange Castle has built a proven reputation as a successful business park of international pedigree for 20 years. But we’re not standing still. We are continuing to grow, develop and further enhance the park and its amenities. Our next phase is the development of Grange Castle West and further expansion in Grange Castle South, in tandem with connecting the park with exciting new residential and recreational areas close by.
